Usage:I bought this because my dentist asked me to floss regularly and it is a pain to use the normal floss. This is pretty convenient and I use it every morning.I use oral b pro 8000 as my regular toothbrush and it does a terrific job. I feel a great difference in my oral care after I paired it with this reasonably priced water flosser.Using the product is quite intuitive. The lower cup gets removed so it's easy to clean and fill up. There are three modes, my favorite one is the soft setting. The water pressure is enough to get between teeth and around gums to remove any deposited food particles.The water pressure under soft setting is good for my gums, but the normal setting is a little too much since my gums are very sensitive.About charging and traveling:One full charge holds for at least 5 days (usage twice a day), but I normally leave it plugged in. I haven't travelled with this yet, but I assume that you will need to carry the charger for prolonged travels. The device itself is quite big so one might need to invest in a bigger shaving kit / toiletries bag.

This product is much better than flossing. It does not hurt my sensitive gums and make them bleed like regular floss. Basically with a push of a button, it was easy to use the water to push out the food from between your teeth.

I already have a waterpik water flosser , but I want a portable and rechargeable one. So I bought this item. This one is as strong as the bigger ones. Did a great job for cleaning! LOVE this product! I am going on vacation soon, may take it with me. I highly recommend this iteam for anyone seeking a water flosser!

I bought this product over other similar products because of the great reviews - at the time, I believe it had something like 4.8 stars. I don't know how so many people rated this product so high. Maybe they were just excited about having a cordless water flosser.Cordless water flossers are great. And this product was a good one for the first month or so. However, one of the tips that came with it broke after about month, with just normal wear and tear! Well, it came with other tips. So, no worries. Then one of the function lights started going dim, then quit working altogether. Well, it's just a function light, I thought, it still works fine. Then, one day, after about 2.5 months of using it, it just QUIT WORKING ALTOGETHER!! It won't turn on at all.Wow, what a piece of junk. That's 3 clear strikes, with the last one totally eradicating any respect left I could have for this product. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other comparable products on the market that will serve you much better!

I mean it works but it was terrifying! I have never used one of these so most likely human error that resulted in a fear of these things now... i was in the bathroom soooo excited to try this and idk what i was expecting but what happened was not it! This water shot down the back of my throat with a mighty strength that I'm sure let water into my lungs! Then I pulled it out of my mouth where it shot me in the eye... I realized I dont know how to turn it off.... I had to run to the window and fling it open and hold it outside to figure it out because I kid you not this thing was shooting over 20 feet! Like that's a load of pressure that was in my mouth lol, I returned it I'm sure it works for you all but for me it was terrifying and now I'm scared of them lol

Several things that are poorly designed:-the on/off/mode switch is right where your thumb sits, and it's very easy to accidentally change the mode in mid-use-the cover on the charger inlet is small an un-attached, easily lost-the nozzle rotates freely in the holder, and sprays everywhere in your mouth. Should be a detent to hold it better in place.

This product is TERRIBLE in my opinion. It broke within the first month of having it. We used it daily for about a month in the shower - this is why we opted for the cordless water pick. Every other night, we would plug it back in to recharge the battery. One night, it just didn't light up or seemed to not be working to recharge the battery? Completely DEAD and unusable! And now, I can't even get a refund because the return window is so short - only 1 month! Ridiculous. I'm so disappointed.Other 1 - 2 star reasons: for travel, not that easy, case is a cloth bag, not waterproof or hard for protection (although we never traveled with it).Easy to use?! NOT really. It's awkward size and shape made it hard to hold for my 11 year old daughter. It would slip from her hands. Also, the power button is too close to where you grab it. So it would shoot out water when she didn't have it in her mouth yet. NOT easy.

UPDATE: This was working great until it wasn’t. After a couple of months the buttons stopped working while the product was in use and I had to dismantle it to get it to turn off. That happened a few times and then it started turning itself on without being touched at all. Very frustrated that the life of this product is less than 6 months!The battery life on this is excellent! It’s a little bulky for travel, but definitely still an option. It has 3 pressure options which is nice, but 2 of them are really powerful and hurt my gums. The port to add water is somewhat difficult to get open just using your fingers, which is a good and bad thing, but at least it prevents any leaks. Overall, great product and really does get your teeth clean.
