There are no instructions, The supporting post comes in 2 pieces that bend out of shape easily (the wind can bend it). The wind cup assembly does not sit flat on the support post so it wobbles fantastically and (even with a moderate wind) it creates so much drag that it pulls the entire assembly over. The wind cock is mounted on a flimsy metal pole with a threaded end which is supposed to be screwed into the mounting post, but the threaded piece is offset so that the cock is crooked on the post, and when I tried to bend it straight, I felt the weld (or solder) give. Finally, the drag of the device, even with wind cups not installed, is too great for the short prongs that are supposed to anchor this thing into the ground so that it leans over in the opposite direction to the wind. I am planning to mount the wind cock on another pole, so I am not going to send this waste of metal back.
