These are ok shorts. The material is thin so don’t know how long it would hold up to regular biking rigors. The pocket zippers are not very smooth, but the zippered pockets are deep. The two front pockets are not so deep. Overall it gets a three a stars - ok ~

The main reason I bought these shorts is because they had belt loops. Depending on elastic belts when you are carrying possibly weighty items leaves much to be desired. Having said that, I wish the hip pockets were a little bit deeper, and the zippered pockets not quite so deep. This would allow the shorts to be slightly shorter to ensure they don’t interfere with knee flex.

These things are great! Flexible....quick dry. I like ride near the American River in Sac, CA. A quick dunk in the river and back on the bike and they are great! If you are active and out for extended periods they are perfect!

Comfy, breathable and durable. The trails here can get pretty thin and rubbing up against bushes doesn't seem to help most of my shorts. These seem to be able to hold up to the abuse
