Very helpful book on strengthening pelvic floors after 4 children 😀 this is a must ladies...tried the technique after 2 months in and WOW my partner was a lil afraid that he said I was possessed 🤭(sorry tmi) but seriously it helps a lot

A Worthy Reference on Care and Expansion of the Yoniverse
I bought this as the text for a class on pompoir. I liked the descriptions and insights into exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and experience yummier sexual sensations, for me and my partner. While the book was full of typos and not particularly well written, it's a great reference for people with vaginas who wish to increase the strength and health and range of experience within their lower pelvic region.*Yoniverse: The energetic space that begins in the physical genitalia: vulva, vagina, cliterus, cervix, and uterus; and expands infinitely both inward and outward.

This book is great for beginners! If your just starting out and learning about pompoir. The training guide is really in depth! I absolutely loved it!!

Well Worth It
I started using this guide six months ago and am amazed at how we, as women, have the power to exercise and train ourselves to experience more pleasure for ourselves and our partners. I highly recommend the techniques for obvious reasons, but also to increase your sexual confidence, especially for those who have experienced childbirth. I also recommend investing in the consultation with a Pompoir expert as suggested in the book to get the full benefit of the techniques that are taught.

I usually wait to write a review but in this case I skimmed through the book and found v very useful info. Now it is up to me to discipline myself and do what the book says. Also it is a very pretty book. I really want to pick a book when it looks good which to me suggests quality info.

Only just started reading this, but I'm sure it's incorrect information?Everything I've learnt and information from pf physiotherapists say you should pull in your pelvic floor when you exhale? This book says the opposite??
