I've been using this for my 15'' laptop ever since I got it. Overall, I like it, though there are some pros ans cons:Pros:AttractiveRelatively quietSturdyWorks as advertisedHas a bottom bar that can be lifted so it stands or lays flatThere' s a rubber stopper in the front, but it comes on and off which is niceThe extra USB port works well, I've had no problems with itCon:Quite heavy (I use it in my lap sometimes and it's not unsubstantial)No disassembly to clean out the fans (you can't unscrew it to open/clean)No of/off for the blue LEDs (but you can't see the lights if the laptop it on it so whatever)Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase.

No thanks to COVID-19, I was forced to work from home and started looking for an ergonomic laptop pad. After a bit of search on Amazon, I came across this product. I liked the design and color of it, but wasn't sure how the product would look like physically once I received it or how the fan would perform. When I received the item, the first thing that impressed me was the packaging (no shabby stuff). Next, I took out the product and boy, was I pleased; it was exactly as described and photographed in the advertisement. The final test was the noise of the fan. Honestly, after I turned it on, I couldn't hear anything. So, I am thinking this thing is defective, but then, I said let me put my ear closer to it to see if it was running. Voila, it was! The price was very reasonable and the quality superb. An all around great buy.

I thought the bottom would be padded for use on laps, but it's not. Doesn't seem to be much air flow. USB ports are not snug with the USB cable. So far not an issue. It is made of metal and not cheap plastic like most are so that's nice. For as little as I've used it so far it does its job.

My surface pro4 has not worked the same since my last visit to asia - heating up. i bought this cooling pad and it solves the problem. i use a wireless keyboard at work which allows the laptop to be set on the cooling pad. it runs all day, 8 -10 hrs and keeps laptop cool enough that the internal surface pro fan does not kick on anymore 👍🏽also, the pad comes with an extra usb which is a plus for a surface as the cooling pad connects to the surface via the usb port. it has worked so well i bought another cooling pad for home.

Cooling pad works decent enough as a way of keeping the cooling fans of your laptop off the surface. I found that using the fans did not make any notible difference in operating temperature of my Alienware M15.

Minimal air flow even on highest setting, good quality. Work well for my Mac book pro 16”

It does help cool my computer!

It's lightweight and sturdy; made of metal which I like. I use it for my Macbook and the color matches the aesthetic of the laptop.
