I use these to stake up plants, especially tomatoes

These are a great idea! Using these to clip tomato stems (or anything else) to cage supports (or any other support that will fit) is pretty easy. I have used twine/cord in the past. I think these are a lot easier, but admittedly using twine will be more flexible when 'creativity' is needed. They appear to be reusable for more than one season, but even if they aren't the package has way more clips, at a descent price.At the end of the tomato season these clips have proved themselves to be well worth buying! Some were twisted out of shape, but still held, and could be unclipped. Most of the clips are in very good shape after the first season of use and will be used next season. These are 'money well spent'! I wish I could say that for all of my other 'impulse purchases'!These are also an economical cord-management option for the smaller diameter cords that proliferate on my computer desk and workbench.

We like these very much for managing vining plants on trellises and strings. It is frustrating that about 15% of them are poorly molded, mis-shaped, lacking part of the hook that allows it to clip shut and stay closed. When properly formed, they can be attached with one hand and eliminate fumbling with string, velcro, or wire ties. And, they are reuseable.

I bought these to help me hold up my vegetable plants against poles. They started off working really well, but within a short time the plastic became brittle and started breaking. Only a few actually held up to the heat wave we've been having. Sadly, I had to throw most of them away because they broke in half when I tried to connect the plants to the bamboo poles, such as my bell peppers. The rings start off great, but quickly started breaking. They do not hold up in any type of hot weather.

I bought these for my tomato plants but they grew so fast I could not use them. Instead, I used them to secure netting around my blueberry bushes and it works perfectly. Great, versatile product.

I bought them to hold up my tomato plants they worked somewhat. They worked excellent to hold up solar string lights

These are a big help with maintaining the tomato plants. I only used cages before with the green plastic tape, but using these clips with twine hanging from above is a huge improvement. Since I'm using them indoors, the problem I have is with grow lights not allowing me to run twine directly above the plants that are right under the lights.
