Morihan Uji Matcha Frozen Dessert Mix 2.39oz

I never thought something that is so easy to make could be this tasty nor did I think it would have such a great texture, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you like strong-flavored green tea ice cream or the Japanese adult matcha Kit Kat cookies, you will likely love this frozen dessert too. Like those others it is less sweet than the typical US preference and has a very strong green tea flavor. I mix it with a small whisk by hand with a quarter cup (more than the 50ml indicated on the box, but that was too strong a flavor for my preference) of coconut creamer or full fat milk, could not be easier, and it has a nice creamy texture. Made it with almond milk too, still tastes great but not enough fat so it has big ice crystals -- a little less calories though.
