Finally after using old bike tires and getting slapped too often, these bands are strong effective and have multiple applications. Being disabled these bands are great for keeping my muscles from further atrophy. I love them.

Purchased 3 orders of the resistance bands for lockdown, all 3x red bands broke within 2 weeks max of having them. I contacted seller for replacements as their site states, I was sent one replacement and the red band arrived damaged w a bubble on it, like it was a manufacturing deffect, I took pictures and showed them, asked for new replacements, and I never had a response, this is my first review in amazon but after wasting 70$-90$ when it said replacement guaranteed, I have to let other customers know, these are not only cheap low quality resistance bands but they won’t be replaced when they break,

These bands are great for all sorts of workouts. Not only do I use them personally but I have been able to incorporate using these bands in my physical education classes. As a teacher, I try to incorporate all sorts of knowledge and gym equipment. These bands are versatile and rather I am traveling or teaching these bands are thrown into my bag. The resistance on each band is wonderful and my students have options to pick resistance.

Very versatile! I love the different resistance the bands give. I use them for stretching and as an assistant to pull-ups. Starting with the least resistance and work your way up til you can’t possibly do one more with assistance. That gives you a great back workout!

I got these to assist with pull ups after gaining a gratuitous amount of weight. Was a little afraid of it not being able to handle my weight, but it worked great.

The came in perfect condition, no cracks or anything weird.I have been using them for a about two months now and they work perfectly if you need extra support doing calisthenics. I am really satisfied, decent price. You won't be disappointed. Just go ahead and buy them confidently.
