Beautiful mug. The infuser has micro holes so your tea doesn't come out and both sides can screw off so you can easily clean it.I love mugs and bottles and am super picky about what I purchase. I specifically was looking for a double walled, glass mug that came with a lid and tea infuser. Believe it or not that was super difficult to find as most are either not double walled (or have bad reviews about moisture getting in between) or just ceramic. I was so happy to come across this mug set. The mug itself is very nice looking and holds almost 2 cups. The double wall keeps your drink warmer longer than a single wall glass cup. The infuser has tiny holes so I'm confident putting the smallest leaves in. What surprised me was the lid. Never seen a silicone lid with a glass mug. It keeps the tea hot while you steep and you can drink thru it.Finally I have to say that this seller is excellent. When I purchased this my box arrived unscathed but the mugs inside were damaged. I contacted the seller and within 24 hrs I had a new box set on the way free of charge and I didn't have to ship back my glass pieces which was super nice. So THANK YOU. I would definitely recommend this set and this seller.

I purchased these tea mugs because I love having freshly brewed tea even when I travel. Although I was skeptical at first, I've tried these mugs a couple of times now, and I really like them. The mugs are slightly larger than a normal sized mug to accommodate the infuser, which means you get a decent amount of tea each time you use it. They are also made out of a double wall of glass, so it stays warm for a long time. I was worried that the glass would be too thin, but it insulates the heat without burning you when you pick it up by the plastic handle. I've included photo where I'm holding the mug with boiling water before adding the infuser.The infuser itself is stainless steel, and it's pretty big. I like brewing loose tea, so it's perfect for determining the strength of your tea. The infuser has a hook at the end of its chain, making it easy to secure while brewing and easy to remove without getting everything wet. It also comes with a handy little metallic tray on which you can rest the infuser when you're done brewing.The best feature is the silicone lid. They fit snugly over the mugs, retaining more heat without burning your fingers. It also keeps the tea from sloshing around and burning your hand as you walk, and although it has a larger opening for drinking than most coffee shop lids, it won't cause spills. I highly recommend these travel mugs to anyone who loves tea and who also likes to be on the go.

So cools looking. The accessories are very nice and well made. However, I took these out of the box and set one on my granite counter top and the base shattered into a thousand pieces. Shocked me. I did nothing rough and was a normal set down. I'm not returning as my hands were on the product when it broke, but I would highly recommend finding something less fragile!!! I'm actually apprehensive about using the other mug and will only use it myself.

I love this cup, looks great with tea or coffee in it, keeps beverage cold or hot, BUT, I had the cup on a night stand 2ft 3inches tall with a 1/2 cup lukewarm tea. I bumped it and It was knocked off onto a carpeted floor and shattered into hundreds of small shards of glass.. These break way to easy .. I would imagine just putting it down on a hard surface might have the same effect or break while cleaning it..

It's a great cup but I had to throw one of them away because the stepper was stick in the glass. They also break very easily

I was extremely excited about getting this product. I love the extra infusers that came with it. I thought they were going to be thicker and not so easy to break. I haven't broke either yet, but that's what I wanted to prevent. But all in all I like them so far.

I love the cups. Packing was secure and all arrived unbroken.They keep my tea very warm for a long time.I did read some of the reviews and someone was complaining that the tea strainer plate sticks to the bottom of the cup upon arrival from Shipping, and this did happen with me ith one of the cups, but all I did was took the tea strainer chain hook and grab a hold of it and pulled it out with no troubles.You have to be aware that these cups are very fragile. You cannot set them down hard on granite countertops. I personally have not trusted putting them in the dishwasher just in case something that shift into it.I have had mine for over a week and have been very pleased
