Cyxus Blue Light Glasses Computer Glasses UV Blocking Filter Eyeglasses Frame

Cute and effective
So far, so good. I just got these today and first of all, they are adorable on. They are oversized but I don't have a small head so they are fine. Also I can tell a big difference with the glasses on. I am on a computer minimum 8 hours a day, and my office has bright florescent lighting. My eyes have been hurting for months and a friend recommended blue light filter glasses. I am glad I gave them a try.**UPDATE: I have now had these over a month and I highly recommend. My pain while looking at the screen or watching TV is gone. For the few times I forget to wear them, I can tell a big difference and if it's too long, I feel eye pain/strain again. Give these a shot!**

They work AND are cute
These actually made a difference. I work on my computer 9+ hours a day and have to stare at my screen for long lengths of time reading. My head and eyes would hurt so bad every night, making it impossible to do anything after work. Now I feel so much less foggy and much more alert. They’re actually really cute on too!

Love em!
I love my Blu-blockers glasses! When they arrived, the company included a little blue light with a blue light sensitive credit card sized tester. After shinning the Blue light through the lens and seeing that it did not darken the card, my husband and I looked around the house for other glassed that were supposed to do the same. Sadly, my previously bought computer glasses failed. No wonder my eyes would still hurt. My husband's very expensive sun glasses passed. I'm now very happy to know my eyes are being protected. Very happy.

the full package: attractive and functional.
I'm a technophile—most of my day are spent in front of a screen, and this time is most definitely doubled when you couple my leisure activities (video games, e-reading, and graphic design) in with my school work. During finals I got the worst case of eye fatigue I've ever had along with a near crippling headache from writing paper after paper and staring at my screen for multiple nights. I'd heard through the grapevine that there were special glasses that helped to shield your eyes from blue light. I found these after a quick search on amazon, and I've had them for the better part of a month; so I thought that now would be the best time to review them.Pros:- Very cute! I'm not especially effeminate, but I love the black to pink ombre on the frames. These glasses have gotten me many compliments when I've left the house wearing them on errands.- They are clear (for the most part) and are basically indistinguishable from normal glasses.- While they appear to be clear, they do have a very slight yellow/orangish tint to them when worn (which is the blue light deflection), but the tint doesn't interfere with your perception of color. I do graphic design projects in my spare time and it hasn't affected my work at all.- They really do work! You just have to give them time. I've been able to fall asleep faster and much more deeply since I've started wearing these. They've also done away with almost all of my eye fatigue which is greatly appreciated on my part.- I don't wear prescription lenses so I would have no idea what my head-to-frames size ratio would have been; so I'm thankful for the "uni-size" approach that they have. They fit perfectly, and from the pictures I've seen they'd seem adorably large on someone smaller.Cons:- The. Lenses. Smudge. So. EASILY! My father wears prescription lenses everyday and informs me that this is normal, but it just feels inordinate to me.- The lenses are slightly reflective, and you'll most definitely notice your own eyes staring back at you. Especially if you're using the computer/gaming in a dark room with just the screen for light. It isn't prominent, and can be ignored, but it is there and it was surprising when you first realize it.- The frames...creak. They also feel a bit on the fragile side, but this is the first time I've worn glasses regularly so this may just be a "thing". So far they've survived repeated wear, removal, and an hour of being lost in the bottom of a hamper.- After extended wear your eyes will be sensitive to light for a couple of moments to minutes depending on how long you've worn them. Never long or to an extreme degree, but still a bit annoying nonetheless. All in all I absolutely adore my glasses and wear them all the time.

Non-effective
As a long time sufferer of migraines, I was excited to find cute blue light filter glasses to use during class and studying. Unfortunately, these are not them. I might as well have been wearing nothing to block the blue light. The glasses themselves were huge on my face and would not stay on. I debated buying children's, but that would not have fixed the light blocking issue. I bought a cheaper pair of orange glasses that look more ridiculous but actually do the job.

Odd that their logo is embedded in the center of the lenses.
Glasses look cool and fit well. They give me a headache during the day, but not at night, so I only wear them for watching tv or looking at my phone in the evening. The thing I don't really like about them is that the "Cyxus" logo is imprinted in middle front of the lenses. I find this weird and distracting. I'm not sure why this additional branding is necessary since their logo is already printed on the arm. Anyway, they are ok for the price, but they should seriously reconsider embedding their logo into the coating on the lens. I won't buy them again for this reason.

Crystal clear and they work
I bought 2 other brands fromaazon before finding these. I wanted non-prescription glasses and the other brands were blurry, like they had some magnification or maybe they were just cheap. But these are really nice! Crystal clear, comfortable and when I used the blue light tester it worked (one of the other brands failed). The case is nice quality and overall packaging is nice. I bought the first pair for my gaming obsessed grandson and just ordered a pair for myself for watching tv.
