Swimmates Disposable Adult Swim Diapers, Small 22 ea (3 Pack)

Youth size swim diapers are not easy to find, the ones we had before were washable, but my daughter, who has disabilities, was outgrowing them. We found these and the small fits great (4'6", 75 lbs), a little loose around the legs, but the inner gathers still seem secure there, so no worries. Made our summer trip to the beach much easier.

I have a 16 year old special needs nephew who loves to swim. My sister never even thought to look for adult swim diapers, but I did and I am so happy to have found these. She used them on him a week or so ago and said they worked wonderfully. I am thrilled he can now enjoy the pool again.

These work great for my 8 year old son who has autism! He loves the water! I have told several other families about them in his aquatic therapy class! Thanks so much for making a great product!

My daughter has had bowel accidents due to constipation. We are in the process of treatment, but I didn't want to keep her out of swim lessons or the pool/lake all summer, so these have been great. She normally wears big kid nighttime pull ups during the day, but they don't make swim pull ups in her size. She is almost 9 and about 70 pounds and these fit good. We did get her some swim shorts to help hide the pull up and she actually wears both the regular swim bottom and the shorts and they stay concealed for the most part. She does have to roll the top part down a bit, but overall they are a good fit (they would fit nice under a one piece, but if she ever needs to change, or even just go to the bathroom, a 2 piece is easier. For swim lessons, I did have her wear a one piece with the swim shorts over it and that worked great). She hasn't had a bowel accident while swimming, so I can't be certain how well they would contain the accident, but I feel much better letting her in the pool with them on.

We tried the "waterproof" bloomers we got from Amazon. Big fail. These are perfect and at that price using once a week, I can't find find better and more hygienic option. These appear to hold in pee as well as poop. Super satisfied, as I'm sure the other folks in the pool are! We will be using these from now.

I had to order these for my 6 year old daughter, Small is as small as they come, they fit a little big but served the purpose. Good product, just wish was able to order in smaller for children.

If the person wearing these has thicker hips or upper thighs, be aware that you may need to rip the hips open just to fit over the legs. And this means it is doubtful they actually are holding in any urine. My daughter is 104 lbs and they don't fit her legs or stomach. I also wish every disposable diaper wouldn't be so high-waisted. Not every person needs a diaper above your belly button. I can't figure out why this is the norm in design for this product. It is a constant battle with her as she hates anything that comes up that high on her.
