I am 5'7, 125 pounds, roughly a 26-inch waist. I bought 3xs because the 2xs was starting to get big. When I first tried putting the 3xs on, I thought, "Oh crap, this isn't going to work." But it WILL work. And for the first 10 minutes it'll feel so uncomfortable. Just GIVE IT TIME. If you are my size or less, the 3xs will fit. You just have to work at it, and give the material time to shape to your body.

I love this waist trainer! I have tried other waist trainers and this is the first one that was super comfortable while still doing its job. I got size medium after much research from reviews and actually measuring the waist of the jeans that I can actually button. My waist was measuring 31ish. But I’ve been through the thing where I followed the size chart to the letter and it’s been too big. So anyways day 1rst first set of hooks (least tight) it felt good everything pulled in nicely and it wasn’t cutting into my skin . Today is day 10 I’m on 3rd set of hooks. I wear it for 6-9 hours 5 days a week. I have lost weight about 5lbs I’m not currently exercising I’m just hyper aware that if I eat much I won’t be able to wear my trainer which is kind of addictive once you start wearing it everyday. Drink a lot of water. Make sure you’re getting enough fiber. But overall this is the best trainer I’ve tried and I’ve purchased atleast 4 others and they always hurt or we’re leaving marks making it hard to be consistent but this trainer feels really good. Mak s you look really good.

Wow. This is the real deal. These corsets are good material and well made. They are very small. I am 110 lbs and I have been looking for a corset to fit my small waist. My waist is narrow and short. I love corsets because they are sexy, but most are made for larger women. I bought an xx small thinking for sure I would fit, but boy was I wrong. The corset is very strong. I like how it fits my waist without crunching up because its short vertically and horizontally. Very nice. I am going to buy a small and not xx small haha

So I think it’s so interesting that there are only a few reviews for this waist cincher. I loved it! I have already went down a size. I also purchase one for my sister in law. You look so good wearing it. It’s very comfortable, well as comfortable as a waist cincher could be. Great quality. No smell. I bought a Yianna cincher to test it out and since it has more reviews. And yes totally nice but the smell was so strong even after 3 washes! Smelled like plastic weed. This trainer does not have that smell. After an hour the plastic smell is gone. And I haven’t had a single tear. And I wear this for 8-15 hours a day. Worth it, helps with my panic attacks, posture and overall confidence.

Beautiful, sturdy and comfortable too! I ordered the XS. I was able to get to some second clasps in less than a week. Just keep in mind that if you have a lot of back fat like me, it may poke out. Thicker clothing is ideal since the waist trainer shows through thin clothing.

I rally write reviews. However, I have bought about 3 different kinds of waist trainers from amazon and this one is the best. I am a little shorty about 5’2 and all the other waist trainer’s were way too long. They would hurt my hips cause they were so long. This one fits just right all ways around the waist, stretch of the material, and especially the length. Thank You!!!

They are snug when first put on, but with the assistance of my hubby I was able to get it on (lol) the first time I had to lay down and he had to cinch me in it! Now I’m able to get it on myself! It did stretch a tad after my first use or I shrunk that fast hahaha!! I have a spinal condition so I purchased them for that reason, and they work better than my medical grade back braces, and I can hide them under my clothes which is awesome! With my medical braces they are ENORMOUS and go over my clothing and ppl always stare and I feel like a freak show! These are amazing! No smell, but AMAZING SUPPORT! Purchase one size down!

Listen ladies, I order a small in the 9in black waist trainer. It is suppose to be for short torsos. However, what I received measured 10in plus it had holes in the trainer. A proper waist trainer does not have holes in it. Don’t listen to someone that says it has holes in it to make it more breathable. You don’t want that in a good waist trainer. The bones in this trainer are too flimsy. They are suppose to be sturdy and stiff with a small amount of flexibility. Also I purchased this product from Atbuty but the brand tag I received is from Yianna which is a different company. I know this because I purchased from them before. I did not receive what I was suppose to. The image was something totally different. The image didn’t have holes in the product and was a full latex waist trainer in 9 inches without holes. This was the complete opposite. Also, I ordered a small according to the sizing and it was too big. I need an extra small or XX small. I’m a solid 9in torso, solid latex, steel boned trainer.

I finally found a waist trainer to fit my tiny waist. It’s great! I ordered it as it’s for shorter torsos but it’s a little awkward as it digs into my hip bones and if I lift it up it digs into my breasts. Otherwise it’s made of string material and works wonders. I lost 1 in within 3 weeks

It’s comfortable and easy to put on. Maybe order a size smaller if you’re looking to reduce waist size and not just using it for good posture.

I wanted a cincher to snatch and give me an exaggerated waistline, my measurements are 32, 26, 34.I have the 25 steel bone (beige) in small and this is good for stomach compression and posture but did not give me the drastic hourglass figure I wanted. The 25 steel bone is way strudier and thicker than the 9 bones, which prevented it from molding my body the way I wanted. I don’t have a lot of stomach to “tuck in” so I found that the small was too big. Size down for this.I also bought the beige 9 steel bone in EXTRA SMALL. The 9 bone is filmsier than the 25 but way better if you want that waistline snatch because it looks more natural under clothes and hugs you tighter. I am happy I got an extra small in this. I could have even gone a size smaller I think.TIP: size one size smaller than the chart!

I found a review that's very helpful for me to pick the sizing. This waist trainer is good quality, I had an old waist trainer before from somewhere that's cheaper but the quality is not the same.I am 52 kgs and 5'4. Before using the waist trainer, my waist was 25.5 inch in the morning (measuring it without food/water). I bought XXS and I am glad I picked the right size. My waist is now 24.5 inch after wearing it for about 2-3 weeks, I only wear it when I go out for a walk/run. It was really hard for me to put it on at the start and I couldn't wear it for too long as my body didn't feel comfortable at all. However, after 2-3 weeks my body gets used to it and also my waist almost got smaller!!!
