Fit as expected
i receive the spare part that I purchase, replace as expected and is working perfect. It is expected that the fuel pump be good quality.

The product was described as new, but has a second life sticker on the box.
When you advertise new fuel pump, and it arrives with a second life sticker on the box, no paperwork or instructions, that is not a good look. Also a small piece of plastic loose in the box. The price was reasonable but, if I have to go through the labor of removing my gastank and reassemble to find out the second life didn't work, I would rather not take a chance.

Very tight fit
I read reviews on this product and thought of course it's a tight fit, it has a pressure ring to hold it in. This wasn't the problem, there is a slight lip on the fuel pump and that lip was larger than the hole in the fuel tank, I first tried lubing it but ended up filing the edge of the fuel tank down in order to get the fuel pump to seat. Once I got it to seat it was a very easy job, but that took me about 45 minutes. I would still recommend because of the price, just make sure you have a file on hand or you will have a serious challenge getting this to seat properly

This fuel pump worked great for my 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS. My gas guage wasn't working and I changed it out and bingo my gas guage was back to normal. It was relatively easy to install once you drop the tank.

DO NOT BUY!
Installed this fuel pump, did all of the proper steps...less than 100 miles later it failed only worked for 3 weeks! Of course it chose the 2nd day of my new job to stop working. Spend the money on a higher quality part and save yourself a lot of time and effort.

Was exactly what was needed
Was exactly what I needed .. everything went together right and works great

Works as described.
Came very quickly looks identical to the factory one other then there is no ac delco logo on the new units plugs, was VERY difficult to get it to seat so I actually just used my rotary tool and shaved the tank down VERY slightly and lightly, after that it was still a nice tight snug fit, fuel gauge works fingers crossed it lasts, I also advice greasing the top so it doesn’t rot away like my old one did!For the price you can’t go wrong !!! 2006 trailblazer 4.2 ,
