To Love Ru Darkness Vol. 14

Volume 14 is another good one with typical To Love Ru humor. The principal is missing on a day when he's supposed to be interviewed on television. It seems Yami took some exception to him and punched him to who knows where. However, Dr. Mikado has a solution. She has a principal body suit and Rito can do an impersonation. The trouble starts when she's called away and Rito is stuck in the suit. The other students wonder why the salacious principal is suddenly acting in a mature, responsible way. Our other major stories involve Lala and her always backfiring inventions. In one case, Rito and Haruna are shrunk to tiny size and they share a kiss, which creates very awkward feelings. Then, Haruna comes over to teach Lala to cook. Momo wants to push along her harem plan. A Lala device causes Rito to turn into a bathing sponge, right about the time Lala and Haruna get dirty and need to bathe. Can you see where this is going? Fans of the series should enjoy this volume.

I love To Love Ru. Some of this goes beyond the anime. I can't wait for the next volume!
