Better than most Chinese - made gear of this kind with durable hooks, felt covers, and good stitching.BUT, the sizing (even the "corrected" sizing) is off. I usually wear a 4x but got a 3x given the description. Still not nearly snug enough. I probably needed about a 2x.Ironic given how most Chinese - produced clothing USUALLY fits.We'll see. Maybe it'll shrink after the first wash and fit perfectly.Or, maybe I'll just lose weight and it'll be a moot point.I hope it shrinks in the first wash.:(

Loved the product but I like the compression to be tight. I ordered the XL which is XXL. The fit is good but it’s not tight. I weigh 230 and the Large, which is the XL, would have been perfect. I didn’t care too much for the zipper either. I wish it was all a one piece suit without having to zip or clip on anything. I work in a place where people are touchy feely in a playful way and when the guys tap my belly or something like that, I get nervous that they might feel the zipper lining. Also, I wouldn’t wear this with a regular t shirt because the zipper and zipper lining are very much visible. I will be wearing this with button ups and pullover sweaters but I wouldn’t recommend wearing it under anything else because of the zipper visibility. Other than that, I did love it.

After having abdominal surgery several years ago, I now have a couple of minor abdominal hernias. They are not severe enough to warrant additional surgery for repairs, but there are days with discomfort that is alleviated with support pressure. I used to use a stretchy hernia belt with velcro connectors, but the belt would slip throughout the day. Since it was under my shirt, it was difficult to adjust, especially as work. I purchased this garment to replace the stretchy velcro belt. For me, the snugger the better. The adjustable hook system allows me to select the pressure I want/need. The resulting relief is invaluable. But in addition, I discovered that the garment also gives a great deal of lower back support. I leave the garment on when I go from work to the gym. An inclined treadmill used to cause significant lower back strain/pain. By wearing the garment while using the treadmill, my lower back remains comfortable. I don't notice any additional sweating and I don't get uncomfortably warm - this was something I was concerned about but, as it turns out, it was a needless concern. As corny as it sounds, wearing the garment feels like I'm getting a hug all day long. The cut-out crotch allows easy access to pee. It also makes the equipment look bigger since the garment pushes flab in that area back and away. I've noticed my wife staring in amazement. I haven't had to deal with having to poop yet and I try to make sure I've emptied my bowels before putting it on. Since I rely on my wife to help me reach for and fasten the shoulder strap hooks, doing this alone in a men's room stall could be an ordeal. By wearing my regulas underpants and undershirt over the garment, I can change at the gym without revealing it. I only wish I had this garment a few years ago. I will soon be ordering additional garments to switch out during the week.

The product feels very comfortable and as long as you get a size close the the measurement they have available, you should be able to adjust the rest of the way by the hooks alone. I’m 5’9” and I weight 280, the 3x fits me like a glove. I have it on the biggest fit right now and I’ll tighten it when I start to improve on my figure. The private area feels very comfortable and it hold up very well without hindering or obstructing movement

I have a position that requires working in front of a computer. This product gives me good back support. When I wear it, I do experience back issues.

This product arrived used dirty with white and brown deodorant stains all over it disgusting.

And then i actually wore it and it worked out great. I bought it for a wedding to help me hold in my side handles, and it helped. Helped slim me down and keep things a little more compact.

Opened the packaging and all I smelt was dirty cigarette ashtray coming from the fabric. This arrived stretched out and smelled awful. Had to put it back in the bag it came in cause it stunk up my house. Definitely returning.
