I bought two of these batteries. Love the added features like the E/F "fuel remaining" guage and the USB-C method of charging. So, I bought two more a few weeks later. Problem, though, with the second set of batteries. Their casing seemed to be just a bit too large somewhere in the mounting area. I had to really jam them into device I was using for the battery, and it was equally as difficult to remove the battery. Tried them on several devices with the same (too) tight fit. I feared I would eventually destroy the battery receptacle on the device. So, I contacted Bairendi Direct (the current seller) telling them I didn't want a refund; I wanted a set of batteries that would fit. Shotory-US sent me email saying they would ship a new pair of batteries free, and to keep the old misfits. I just received the new batteries today (9-17-19) and they fit perfectly in all my gear.

This is a high-capacity battery with lots of juice. Even if you don't have a camcorder, you can use it as a powerbank to charge your phone or other devices.The output side is USB-A while the input is USB-C. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable, so don't worry about buying a separate cable.On charging, check the output of your charger if the battery is slow to fill. I used a 5V/3A turbocharger and it filled up fairly quickly from half-charge. I haven't tried from zero-charge yet. If it takes more than a couple hours, check your charger's output first.One other note is the battery output does not auto-charge when you plug your device into the USB. Press and hold the power button to start charging.Overall, it's a great value for a big battery.

Loved this battery so much that I purchased 4 of them. The most recent purchase in Dec/2019 stopped taking a harge just 2 days ago.

The battery lasted a long time while powering my BMPCC 4K, however via usb-c or np-f charger, the battery seemed to take an eternity to charge... I would leave it charging for hours and the battery indicator (either on the battery or on the charger) never indicated any increase in charge.Maybe my battery was defective but it was great at output, not so much input.

I love the idea having USB-C input but I have no idea why It takes forever to charge it

Decent battery everything as described but mine wouldn't show the status indicator past 3 bars

I’m giving this product a 5 star because I love the quality of battery but also in hopes of getting a replacement battery or another one because this one that I received doesn’t charge my phone and also displays the wrong battery levels. Hope it’s just mine aside from that it powers up my light which is what I cared for mostly.

So far, so good!
