These pants are great for yoga or lounging around the house. They are a bit warm and are not good for a cardio workout. I am 5’4 140, bought a medium and fit perfect. Very minimal shrinkage after washing.

Great price for UA. I like these, but the favorite fleece capris are more comfy. I have big muscular calves (17 inches) but 29 inch waist, so the calves are a bit tight and waist a little loose. Still, well worth the $11/ pair!
