As good as the leading brand but gluten free
I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 3 years ago at the age of 48 and I always have porridge in the morning, however since diagnosis I’ve really struggled to find anything I like, till now! They are delicious and as stated as good as the leading brand… the leading brand also do a gluten free version of there own but it’s tasteless.

To microwave: 1. In a microwaveable bowl stir 250ml semi-skimmed milk (or dairy free alternative) into 40g Oats. 2. With an 800W microwave cook for 1 1/2 mins on high, stir, then cook for a further 1 1/2 mins (microwaves vary). 3. Stand for 1 min to achieve a thick, creamy texture. To cook on the hob: 1. Simmer in a saucepan with milk / water / dairy free alternative as above for 3-7 mins.
