Belvoir Fruit Farm Elderflower Cordial, 500ml

This is great for mocktails (and much cheaper than using St Germain in cocktails!).I love that the ingredients are simple. Citric acid for preservative is perfectly fine with me.

Very good and better than expected

the Amazon product page currently (10/24) lists the ingredients of this product as "elderflowers," period. the bottle begs to differ, however, listing, "sugar, water, elderflowers, pressed lemon juice, citric acid." so sugar = some calories and some carbs, obviously. too bad. but it remains enjoyable!

Belvoir is some of the best tasting Elderflower cordials but it's expensive in the US. (As a comparison, it's roughly $4 in the UK).

i love this syrup so much. i add it to sparkling water to make a mocktail. its pretty sweet, but you only need a little.

This is perfect with some sparkling water and lime juice for a sober curious mocktail. Also great with wine and sparkling water and a bit of mint- lovely -light - refreshing!

Very disjointed to note the # 1 ingredient is sugar 10.5 g, followed by water a then finally elderflower. It tastes great though due to the sugar content will look elsewhere next time I order

This is great in the fantastic drink of the year in Italy, the Hugo. American version: 4 oz. Prosecco,8 oz. soda water 1 oz.elderflower and mint sprigs (if you want to be fancy.) Italian version: 4 oz to 4 oz, 1/2 oz elderflower andMint. Belvoir Farms fruit cordials are the best I've found so far. Not too thick, not too sweet, not overpowering. Just right.
