Wow! I buy dozens of items on Amazon for my Airbnbs and personal use. I rarely spend the time to review the items. But I've been buying MCT powder for two years now. I've always purchased the Bio Trust brand. I'm on a monthly subscription with them. They charge me about $34 for a 6.35-oz bag, which only gives you 20 servings with the scoop they provide. Their bag is the same size but the powder is fine and only reaches about 1/4 to the top. The rest of the bag is literally empty. You would think they are selling gold.So, because of the cost, I would stretch it and use way less in my coffee every day to make it through the month.However, Bio-Trust's consistency has changed for the worse in the last few bags. It is now very fine and oily.Plus, the price is insane for the Bio Trust for the quantity.I just bought this product in a one-pound bag for $29.95, and the consistency is perfect!It's just like the old version of the Bio Trust brand formula, but better! There is no clumping, and it has an ever-so-slight coconut flavor. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this one. Only two clean ingredients were in the product, whereas the Bio Trust had about 6-7 ingredients, including the dextrin they put in. I will be subscribing to this product now instead. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. It's an excellent value for the amount they give you, and it mixes very well in your coffee. The actual effects of it are too early to tell because I just got it today, but I was so excited over the taste, consistency, and price, I had to make a review.Thank you, Micro Ingredients, for making a product I can now afford to use in a whole scoop and not just sparingly. I will probably save a lot of money, seeing I am getting about 2.5 times more quantity than I got in the other company's powder for less money!I am very happy with my purchase. 😊😊

I have been putting the MCT Powder in my coffee every morning. It makes my coffee creamier and delicious! Since I’ve been eating low carb per my doctor’s request, I’ve suffered from constipation. This powder keeps me regular which I was hoping for! It keeps me full for hours and gives me a boost of energy. I will definitely be purchasing again. My only complaint is it leaves a weird, chemical aftertaste, but I don’t really mind it.

This is light in taste great-I was bit afraid it would be heavy in coconut tasteful the coffee-it is NOT!- and it dissolves fairly easy- A lot of reviews say it doesn't disolve- the reality is if you put it in your cup- add the hot coffee it dissolves just fine with a spoon! Using the little mixer is quick and great as well for more froth. Fantastic for the the protein shakes and anything else you put it in..

As a health coach, I recommend this product to my clients all the time. It adds a similar texture and flavor as cream but without the inflammation. I used to buy liquid MCTs, but it doesn't blend as well. Great value here!

I’ve tried a lot of different coffee creamers (oat, macnut, coconut, almond milk, etc) and most recently have used this company’s goat milk powder, which I’ve really enjoyed. In an effort to get away from dairy, I tried their MTC powder and it is really wonderful! I’ve noticed when I add this to my coffee, it really curbs my appetite and the taste is richer than that of goat milk powder. It’s more expensive and needs to be mixed in with a milk frother to avoid lumps but it’s really delicious and my body approves!

Love this brand of supplements and glad I tried this product. Mixes very well into heavy cream for bulletproof coffee using a frother. I eat my first meal at lunch (1:00 or 2:00) and don’t feel hungry all morning. Creamy, no odd smell or taste. Also good in keto baking. Much more cost effective than small bags of my previous brand. Will purchase again.

I had tried taking the liquid form of MCT oil but had digestive issues. Learned the powder form was easier to digest especially for women and I found this to be true! I use a heaping scoop in my coffee, use my little stick blender to quickly blend in the clumps. No real taste, just smooth coffee. If I drink this before eating (fasting), i can push my first meal much later in the day. On my third bag and so far my LDL is staying low so cardiologist approved continued use.
