New Seagull Select VC-FBII with this variable-contrast print paper. With one type of paper, it is possible to handle a broad range of tones (#0 ~ #5). Similar to New Seagull G which has gained world-wide acclaim, you can reproduce intense white and deep black images. RECEIVED AN UNSEALED USED BOX. HALF THE AMOUNT OF PAPER WAS MISSING!
Very disappointed with my purchase. I'm reviewing my purchase and maybe you may want to purchase from a trusted source. Upon receiving my box of paper, the box was unsealed (which means it was probably opened) and only half the amount of paper was left. So either half the paper went missing or I was sold a used box of paper. Not cool! I will be purchasing my photo supplies from a trusted source...B&H!!!

Nice and smooth quality
I used Ilford in my first couple of B&W classes because that's what was recommended at the time, but I'm glad that I've since branched out. I love this paper! But I don't know why it's so hard to find sometimes. I hope it's not getting discontinued!

I love this paper
I love this paper. I have tried Ilford and many other brands that are top quality. I love the rich tones and contrasts that I am able to achieve with Oriental. I initially bought it because the 100 pack was cheaper than Ilford at the time. Then I found out that my photography professor prefers Oriental when he is doing his own personal prints. I cannot argue with that.

Great blacks and a nice white paper base.
I love this paper. My only complaint is that there are occasional problems with odd marks and such that are probably due to manufacturing inconsistencies. I don't see these problems with Ilford papers. That being said I much prefer its tones and deep black. It selenium tones very well.

Oriental Fiber Base printing paper
Used for a photography class, and this is absolutely great paper. As far as I can tell, the same quality, if not better, than Ilford. Would recommend.

when I bought this it was like $84 or $85 and that is at least $20 cheaper than any store near me

I love this paper. Simple. Great pack. 100 sheets for about $60-$70. You cannot go wrong. If you are interested in the picture quality, you can check out my prints on this paper if you visit flickr and search for gene nero.

Mine arrived open? Not sure if it's fogged yet because I just received it. Hope it's not for the price.
