I bought a tiny root and its way better
Not sharp at all.

The Size is 8 1/4"
A very well made tool. I put it right to the test on a Japanese Maple that was really hard. It performed beautifully. One of the things that they never mentioned in the description, was the size. I measured it and it comes to 8 1/4". I hope this helps others who may be curious as I was.

Excellent tool for pruning trees bigger than bonsai!
This tool is excellent for removing the small stubs left behind by bigger, cruder pruning tools on larger-than-bonsai trees. If you remove the branch stub using this tool without damaging the branch collar, you have an excellent chance of getting the bark to close over the wound and preventing the introduction of disease.
