If you have a dry sore nose and suffer from allergies, this by far is the best product I’ve ever used. Less than 24 hours later my sore nose is finally healing. This product works on so many different levels. Heals sore, clears sinuses (has a mild camphor scent ) which opens my airways. Also has taken care of a phantom smell I get, which is really irritating but a little Boroleum and it’s resolved. Lightly squeeze a dab on a Q-tip and apply to affected areas. Ignore the negative reviews. Sounds like people have unrealistic expectations because they can’t read a label. Read the label folks!! Don’t blame the company. This ointment is the s***. Best stuff ever! Thank you for a great product. Finally something that actually work.

This is amazing. I work in a grocery store and have to put tags up in a beer cooler where the air is very cold and dry, therefore I tend to get nose sores on the inside, so by using Boroleum, it keeps my nose on the inside moist and with the mint scent it helps me to breath better.

All previous reviews are true. This product works! If you have dry nostrils due to allergies, etc. and especially if you live in a dry climate, this really works. I only use at night before bed. I use a Q-Tip and put a small bead on the tip and rub in each nostril. It is very comforting and I don't wake up with my nostrils burning with dry scabs of blood. It moisturizes and helps heal what you have been suffering with. It really works!

Absolutely love this nasal ointment to help in maintaining moisture within my nasal passages.

This salve is essential for me in Denver, as the dryness kills my nose! I use this at night and wake up blowing my nose to clear glory. A necessity!!
