Received this today. Absolute junk! After opening the box, I had to crawl around on my hands and knees to find the ratchet stud and tiny bolts. Then assemble to the handle! Once assembled the ratchet is inconsistent and flimsy and to clumsy to lock down on a paper cup. To try and ratchet down on a venomous snake would be absolutely dangerous because it won't hold. Furthermore, there was no snake hook in the box as advertised. Buyers beware especially with a junk device that is supposed to handle and manage a deadly snake and not receiving all items as advertised!!! Far from meeting expectations according to advertisement.

this is a great set. Where w e live there is an open field behind our home and we have been seeing more snakes this year. This will come in handy and I like that the thong will fit around a smaller up to a larger snake size.

The snake hook could be a little more sturdy, but it works. The ting came with an extra cable, so not sure if it breaks easily. At least it has repair parts versus having to buy a new one.

The snake tong seems well built and would hold up for years. Came with extra cable and more. Just got it today and haven't had the chance to use it yet. On the other hand the snake hook seems cheaply made and fragile. On the other hand it does close up into a small pole easy for any kind of transportation. I would definitely buy again.

The grabber does not have any padding. Will need to add for feisty snakes if you don't want to hurt them. Thought it was supposed to come with bag!

I ordered the IC ICLOVER 52" Snake Tong + 39.3" Snake Hook, 52" Upgrade Extra Long Professional Grabber & 39.3" Collapsible Snake Hook. The box was torn, the snake tong was bent and the snake hook wasn't even in the box. How can I get this fixed?UPDATE: IC CLOVER did go ahaed and ship the Snake Hook that was missing, Thank you.
