'Rubbish bin' in the literal sense
Arrived damaged. The handle was off the bin, the base was not fitted correctly so the bin wobbled like a drunk at Christmas.The box was completely undamaged which raises questions in my mind as to whether it was shipped that way in the hope someone would accept this.

Mari Life rubbish bins lasts just 1 year, not for life. Product/replacements not available.
I purchased 2 of the Mari Life rubbish bins to complement my creme styled kitchen.An internal plastic component pushing up the top lid broke by usage only 13 months in, making it impossible to use. As this product is now discontinued, no replacement value of either of the push top lid or a new bin was offered, which I found to be a poor customer service. Having now browsed the comments section, I can see a multiple cases of exactly the same issue. How unfortunate, for eliminating problem with the push top lids could have been fixed in production? Either way, I was not expecting to purchase a set of bins for just one year and offered nothing in return.Giving 2 stars, second star for prompt reply from customer service, who however was not in a position to any provide a substantial help.

Good shape
Easy to open with one hand, nice slim shape handles hold bag in place. Good delivery time.

Lock broke
Bought this bin in January and the lock has now broken so I have to weigh down the lid . There is no option to contact the manufacturer to ask for a replacement lid . I like the bin but the lock should last longer than 7 months especially as it wasn't a cheap bin

Materials aren't strong
The plastic hinge broke in under 6 months of use. The button itself was also very sensitive to being opened even when just brushing up against the bin.
