Great for any Plantar Fasciitis suffers and much cheaper than you may pay at a physio or chiropodist.
I've been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis and Plantar Fibromatosis (lumps in the ligament instead of thickening) for the last year. Before getting it, I didn't really understand what could be so bad about it - I now know and sympathise with anyone else who has it.For the first six months I always thought that it was gel or cushioning insoles that I needed. That was until I had an appointment with a chiropodist who told me that it was actually hard insoles that I needed. He then sold me these insoles for £20 telling me that they weren't in the shops. Imagine my shock when I looked on Amazon and found them £12.95! Needless to say I did not return for any other appointments with him.As for the insoles, they are great. There is no give at all in the insole which means that it gives very good support for your foot. It takes a bit of time to get used to having the insoles in your shoes or trainers, but it soon becomes natural. If I don't wear them in my footwear, I soon start regretting it. I've now bought a few pairs so that I don't have swap them every time I wear a different pair. I've now had them since the middle of September 2017 and one pair especially has daily use and is still going strong showing no signs of wear. When I've done my research, the 3/4 length insoles are better for when you can't remove the original insole from your shoes. Don't get cheated by chiropodists like I did when they want you to pay over the odds for these insoles! If you found this review helpful, can you please help me by clicking on the helpful button. My second pair, best Ive tried
I have flat feet and have tried a few different types of insoles over the years. I have found these to be the best, they are comfortable, and provide the right amount of support. I have 2 pairs one for each of my main shoes. I work in a shop and stand up all day and these make a huge difference to my foot pain, now it's almost non-existent!

Life changing
Perfect - having tendons that unravelled and finally snapped in both feet I can only say these have been life changing and better quality than than those supplied by the hospital. Whilst they do feel a bit hard to start with each time I wear them, after a short while it is less noticeable and they provide excellent support. For me this is the difference between hardly being able to walk at all and being able to walk for an hour and this is why I say they are life changing. They are much better than others I have tried and the 3/4 size means I can use them in trainers, boots and flats without any adjustment. Have ordered more

Suits my feet
Suits my problem feet, (nueroma between the ball of foot joints) You’ll need some double sided tape to stop them sliding down when you out your shoes on.

Planter fiscitis protectors for real. 100%
To cut to the chase bad footwear causing major pain prompted myself to go see a foot expert and to my surprise and delight the above supports actually stopped my aching painful planter fiscitis issue over a three month period. My fallen arches do not hurt anymore now I have a decent pair of boots with the supports above supporting the arches properly.Since these supports I have also bought to different styles of Professional running trainers which have also helped to support my arches.Flat footed boots will ruin your feet and cause major issues in the long run, so try half a size up with boots and trainers and keep away from badly designed footwear.Your feet are important to your health.

OK for short-term use
I bought these insoles to fill a gap while my custom-made ones were being altered slightly. They certainly are hard , you probably need to wear them in possibly over 4 weeks starting with an hour’s wear per day and ending with wearing them all day, I think some guidance should be sent out with them. They are well made and do support the arches and they do stop the heel from rolling but I find they they can dig in to the front of the heel as they rise towards the instep quite steeply . I can’t understand why they are not returnable because they are made of plastic not fabric and all the shoes I buy on-line are returnable, can’t see what the difference is. I find they suit me as a short term stop gap but I wouldn’t want to wear them all the time.

Size not correct
This item is not correctly sized, I purchased these as a 2nd pair after receiving my first from the foot clinic, following Plantar fasciitus diagnosis, and I can't return by them, which is frustrating as I would just like to exchange them!
