I’m using this Mattress from last 2 months, its so comfortable that I didn’t get any body pain, which I had earlier due to my body weight

Although I have not taken any help from customer care but performance of the product has been great so far

Good Mattress

arrived ahead of schedule date but after reaching station I had to open on my own with zero clue as why the mattress seems so flat and compacted but as I was opening with assistance from a helper I could hear air sounds and the mattress became it's normal size inflated and fits my beds size (Queen size) exactly. Cover color could have been gray, dark blue etc. Overall it's a good experience thus far. There was however no email schedule for Virtual demo as mentioned. Sleep quality best experience, pain relief much better, however am not sure about the cooling effect claim of the Aloevera!

After using the mattress for a couple of weeks I can say that this is a good one. It's firm enough and provides good support. Personally, I'd prefer slightly firmer but for 9/10 people the firmness should be enough. Before it used to take me a long time to fall asleep but now I'm out in minutes. However, I'm also waking up earlier than usual so there's that, lol. I think my body has still not gotten fully used to the mattress so let's see for a few months.

The quality of the product is good as described, the foam support is good. It's very comfortable to sleep. The only concern is, you can feel the heat if you sleep in the same position... Overall its a good product...
