Great knee pads for anything high-impact!
I’m a figure skater and recently suffered a bone contusion to one knee. You don’t realise just how much you kneel in every day life until you can’t without near crippling pain.Of course I can’t put off skating for 5-6 weeks while it heals so I bought these.While it still hurts to kneel that’s no reflection of the knee pads. 5 weeks in I still can’t kneel on hard surfaces. WITH THE KNEEPADS, I can kneel for short periods of time without pain, they protect my knee from accidental knocks or bumps.They’re very effective, great value for money and very simple to get on and easy to adjust for those with thinner or thicker legs. 10/10 would recommend.

Maybe too bulky for running
These knee pads are quality made and give excellent knee protection. I wanted them to protect my knees while running, in case of tripping over, which I do from time to time. I've had some nasty knee grazes and knocks from falls on road, gravel and stony tracks; also when tripping over tree roots on trails. However, they do look and feel quite bulky and restrictive while running; ideal, I would think, for skate boarding, roller hockey etc. They will come in handy for me when kneeling during house or garden work. For running, I've found a lighter, knee support sleeve, which should give some protection against knocks and grazes.

Brilliant!
I wear this for every shift at work under my trousers because I spend a lot of my time kneeling on the floor/ pavement and they are amazing - not only do they pad my knees but they also provide compression which makes it significantly easier to stand for long periods of time. Because of these I have ordered some knee compression supports for when I don't need the pads too. Highly recommended!

Even though I have skinny legs, medium size was too tight for me.
It's well made but too tight for me. I have skinny legs and bought the medium size. Maybe that's the way they fit. But how can people wear them that tigh? They can block the blood flow.

Amazing fit perfect I got a M based on the kg weight size but I’d say ther is room up or down as they have adjustable straps so don’t worry if u think they will be too big or small nice an stretchy an are really protective on knee excercises defo recommend
