Gorgeous and sculptural but very large
Upon opening the box, I was dazzled. I ordered this based on seeing the matching faucet in a store and then bought the whole ensemble online. I was really not expecting it to be as large as it is, but I love it. I have not installed it yet (bathroom was just demo'd) but based on looks and feel, I am besotted. It is extremely sturdy and feels very well built. I have a tub filler by Hansgrohe in my master bathroom and I thought it was sturdy but this Moen is even more so. If you are tight on space you might have an issue as the base is large (a little larger than the diameter of a double sized toilet paper roll) or if you have a very small bathroom the scale would likely be an issue. If you are looking for a statement piece, this is a work of art. My only regret is that there will be a tub standing in front of it, blocking the view.
