I use the product as soon it was charged up overnight it was faulty on the first use. It is useless and it shut down every time you turn it upside down or sideways. I haven't had the time to send it back. I don't where to send it back it looks like I lost my money. I have never been so disappointed with anything I purchase with amazon before now. Bad vendor

This product works, but if you have heavy hard plaque and tartar you have to use a bit of elbow grease and pressure to remove it. It would be nice if this packed a little more power to make removal easier . It took me about an hour to remove everything. So I give it 4 stars because it works and the price is reasonable. Overall I’m happy with it.

It takes a bit to get used to. But is very easy to use. Only had mine a couple days. Haven’t seen an improvement YET So we shall see. This was supposed to be next day delivery, took it a total of 3 days to get here. Don’t know if that helps but wanted to share anyways.

The vibration isn't aggressive. It's gentle on the gums and it helps remove plaque. I wanted. I wanted to get something that helped me remove stuck on food from my teeth and this did the job.

I should have stuck with my usual strategy to give more credit to the low rating over the high ratings and not buy any item having one star rating over 10%. My unit wasn't defective but it's just a gimmick. Those thinking it's a consumer grade version of a pro product will be sorely disappointed. If what the dentist is a Ferrari and you think you're getting a Toyota you're wrong. This is actually a Fisher Price toddler ride-on.

Good stuff for the price. If you use it properly, it will save you a lot of money and time for the dentist's visit. The vibration chips off the plaque easier and faster than the manual set I purchased at the same time. It took me some practice to use it on myself, but it works out very well. I will recommend being very careful and gentle at first until you figure out how much pressure is needed. Anyway, great buy!

The price was great, I’ve bought way more expensive items like this and this one works just as great. Save your money and get a great teeth cleaning with this item!!!

Used this device one time and it was great, went to use it again and its dead, no power and won't charge, so now I have a $30.00 paperweight. Extremely Disappointed in this product.
