Great product if used properly
Read the reviews and not sure I agree with the negative ones. Had a packaging issue which the seller has an immediate response to make right.Additionally, I put these cubes in a small glass and they work perfectly. I can actually use them for multiple drinks and they still cool. I can see where they may not be effective in a tall glasss with just a few cubes as the basic law of physics would apply in that there is just too much volume to cool. However, I fill a smal glass up with cubes and can pour multiple drinks over the cubes and they work fantastic. Takes a couple minutes to cool it down but nothing extensive and I’ve been using them like this for 3 glasses at a time.Great product, rinse them to clean, and a good alternative to conventional ice. I would recommend. If you want to pour multiple larger glasses, just make sure to fill it up with the cubes first. Multiple high glasses will take more cubes.Really great product. Didn’t want to write the review until I had a chance to test them.I would recommend.

Quality Slow!
This company stands behind their product. I was torn between choices, but these were a decent price for the quantity, color options & convenient storage canister.I read the insert & followed instructions. Placed them in my freezer door. 24 hours later- they hadn’t fully frozen. The email for my purchase had instruction to follow up directly w/ the company- I obliged. And had a genuine response in less than 24 hours w/ apologies & the option to refund or replace the set w/ a brand new one to try- they are standing by their product. I agreed. The replacement set arrived 2 days ago.Fast forward: same results. I even placed each container in separate areas of the freezer. One in the door & one in the far back. Each are taking approximately 2-3 days for all 30 cubes to FULLY freeze. What I have learned: placement in the container doesn’t matter. Cubes placed around the exterior edge don’t freeze any quicker than the ones buried in the middle. It takes about 72 hours total for the entire 30 cubes to freeze. Roughly 1/3 every 24 hours.BUT, re-freezing seems to happen more quickly. I noticed the 12 I used & stuck back in had frozen within the same say, just hours later. So I feel like that is the trick: wait a few days, use them & re-freeze for a quicker, more consistent result. With that backstory- I am pleased with these, overall. I am finding that the initial freeze takes longest, they do need to run through that first “test cycle”, then re-freezing & using gives a proper result. The price is on point for 30 cubes w/ a storage canister (plus fun colors to choose), the frozen cubes remain solid for longer than 1 hour (even using the “iced” setting on my Keurig spitting hot water to make iced tea), there is absolutely 0 taste/aftertaste, & these are extremely easy to clean! The quality seems to be solid, as there are no cracks, leaks or evidence of structural compromise. Mild antibacterial soap & water are perfectly good to clean them. They aren’t collecting residue or being stained from darker drink colors. I think you really get your money’s worth with these if you have the patience to wait & do an initial test freeze. Most admirable- the customer service & care to stand behind their product is what stands out. I would much rather give my business to an entity like this that welcomes resolution & constructive criticism. These are really easy & quality, I’m glad I opted to try. Plus, from a scientific point of view: the reason they take longer to freeze & thaw is due to quality material. It is apparent you aren’t getting cheap, flimsy material- much appreciated! Sometimes the good things take patience, and the result is equally rewarding.

Absolutely love these!
My husband and I wanted to get these because we got a sodastream and wanted a way to cool it down without watering down our drink. These work perfectly! Here are some tips for using them since others seem to not understand heat transfer at all:-First time you freeze them, let them have a few days to freeze! It takes a couple days the very first time but after that only half a day or less to refreeze-Use at least 5-6 in a normal 8-12oz cup! Otherwise, you will think they aren't working. But less than 4-5 cubes will not do well cooling down your drink. You might be able to get away with it if your drink is already cold. But if it's around room temp you're gonna want 6 or more in your drink!-If you use around 6 or more, you can get them to keep your drink relatively cold for a couple hours, if you're like me and like to sip your drink-You can get away with just rinsing them off a couple times before they get sticky/need to be cleaned--I like putting a little soap in a cup and water and putting the cubes in and shaking it around. You can do it with a water bottle too. This gets them pretty clean. You can obviously take a sponge and clean each individually if you want to. That's clearly the best way to make sure they're clean but I like to be lazy sometimes-They tend to have a little extra plastic in what I'm assuming is the spot where they seal them after putting in whatever inside is used to freeze. I make sure to be careful in that spot to make sure that I don't accidently break them open-I wouldn't suggest putting them in a hot drink to cool it down. Not sure what the melting point is for the plastic/silicone it uses, so I wouldn't risk it.Anyways, I love them and love the colored ones so that I don't forget them in my cup and loose any! They work great and are easy to clean! Definitely will buy again (or buy more) in the future!

Work well, but don't throw down sink!
I purchased for a party, and they do an excellent job, but then you have to wash them! So I don't use them often. They do not have an odor.
