In recent years, family friends coming over to us have been discussing about cakes without sugar with the main idea of not taking a lot of calories. There was a recommendation to use Stevia to us and then we found Fibrelle sweetener blend on Amazon. After reading the reviews, we bought it for trial and tested it. We used it both in the vanilla cake and its cream filling. The results turned out to be perfect. The best thing with Fibrelle is You can use the same amount of sugar in the recipes, so You do not get confused with additional measurements as You can with other products. This is a good product of Stevia for those who want to have a healthier option with their cakes. After consuming the cake, we were surprised that we could get the same taste, texture and brownness as sugar with Fibrelle products.

I use this Stevia several times a day in my coffee and weekly in my tapioca. I love the sweetness provided. I've completely replaced sugar with Stevia and Monk Fruit.

I do realize that for those that need a sugar substitute that you need to go searching for an alternative and stevia leaf is one of those. But a lot of people don't like the flavor of stevia leaf specifically, so we get blends that attempt to change the flavor more like sugar.+ When baking with it, the end result is closer in taste to sugar than if I had only used stevia leaf (which is super expensive by the way).> At the time of this writing you're paying $11 for 14ounces...uh...if this is a one-for-one substitute, then now your banana loaf or batch of cookies is going to skyrocket in cost!I didn't give this a full negative because I was deathly allergic to dairy and had to pay a premium for soy cheese, but I did. So this is the cost of getting a sugar alternative.-- I will give this full negatives since there are MANY sugar substitutes out there with very similar ingredients and this specific brand is at the very high end...especially when there are many alternatives on the market. I don't know why this one is more. Is it because more of the product is stevia leaf (even though it is the final ingredient) or do the other alternatives in this cost more than the same alternatives in other brands? It's all too much math and uncertainty for me.OVERALL:It does the job without tasting like stevia in the end if that is what you're going for.

Best baking sweetener on the market!

The flavor of this sweetener is good, there really is no aftertaste. It's also easy to use, just replace for sugar in equal parts. Haven't used it for baking yet, so I don't know how it reacts. It is a mix of ingredients, not just stevia, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
