Great for delicate burgers
Fish burgers are very delicate and sticky and I use this to make my salmon and code cakes. I initially made such a mess, which is why i rated that function as 3 stars, but i learned that use of spray oil stops the mixture sticking and use of a knife blade to slide the burger on to the breadcrumbs makes life a lot easier. Never used the stuffing function or the miniburger functions. Easy to clean since it comes apart for a good detergent scrub.

Gourmet burger and BIG!
Got ours and made stuffed burgers today. Exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to try it again. These are gourmet burgers with bacon, onion mushrooms, and cheese stuffed on the inside. Burgers were about 1/2 lb. Definitely worth the $7 investment !

there is a learning curve
use cooking spray or oil.... otherwise it will stick too much.... once you figure this out this tool is brilliant...
