Beautiful
Trying to open both boxes!I love the silver color, I haven’t used it yet as I just go it , but will here in a few days. It is very sturdy as the weight is almost more than I can lift and has mor power than I need with good mixing ability. I love it. Mo old mixer was over 50 years old and neede retiring.

Very Nice Mixer - Good Value
I bought this mixer primarily to use it to knead bread dough, and it has met every expectation. Though a little noisy, it has performed perfectly in kneading sticky bread doughs such as those for brioche and baguettes. In the half dozen times I've used it, I've never had a need to turn the power to more than half, though a bread batch for me will be enough for one brioche or five baguettes. I've used the paddle attachment a couple of times and have no complaints. So far, I've not used the balloon whisk.Cleaning has been a breeze, though I failed to follow the manufacturer's instructions and put the dough hook through a dishwasher cycle. Bad move - it oxidized and lost all of its shininess. Doesn't affect its utility, but it isn't as attractive.Engineering-wise, it's well thought out. Strong suction cups hold it in place so it doesn't move around the countertop when working hard. When plugged, in the speed control is backlit to remind you to unplug the machine when you're done with it. Switching beaters is simple. Head tilt mechanism works smoothly. Spatter guard easily slips off the head for cleaning.I wanted a basic tilt head mixer, and had no desire to have additional attachments like a meat grinder. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Absolutely Spectacular
I bought this mixer back in November, and have used it numerous times before writing this for accuracy.I've been coveting my own stand mixer for years, and the ease with which I could make a multitude of treats and baked goods. In doing a little shopping around, and a little research on what to look for, I took a chance on this product, thinking the price would be more telling of quality, but okay with this being a beginner's step.Let me tell you how wrong I was. I have been blown away with the quality of this mixer. Everything I have put in turns out absolutely perfect. In setting it up, I know it won't go anywhere with the amount of suction I get. I just set it down, and the mixer's weight plants it until I pick it back up. Everything is non-stick, including the paddles. None of it is recommended for dishwasher, but it's been insanely easy to clean and reinstalled. But the crowning jewel, and one of the reasons I took the chance in the first place was the motor. It comes with a dial that you can set for 6 speeds, and past the off position is a manual pulse option, which I found especially helpful in quickly mixing in last minute ingredients. Even with more chunky ingredients, the mixer stays put, and the motor doesn't ever sound labored, although like most stand mixers, it's pretty darn loud. All in all, this stand mixer has the potential of lasting years and years if the parts are washed according to instructions. I'd say it's on par with a $700 mixer as far as power and ease of use. Highly, highly recommend.

Good intro stand mixer
I bought this because it was a food network reccomend buy. I enjoy baking but don't do it frequently enough to justify a bigger, more expensive one. My job also requires frequently moving so I wanted something on the smaller side. It works well for cupcake, cake and buttercream. I just used it for a double batch of pumpkin cinnamon rolls and it struggled a little, but handled the dough which was about 6 cups of flour.

Perfect !
Great price, and after more than 3 years of use absolutely zero problems; handled everything I threw at it from bread dough to banana bread. Easy to use and clean, I’d compare it to similar models selling at more than twice the price.

Wanted one of these for a long time
It's not that I cook all that much, but a stand mixer just makes things so much easier when you don't have to juggle the mixer, the bowl and the ingredients all at the same time, but not being a full time, professional baker I didn't need to sink a fortune into a mixer. This mixer by Costway seems to have hit the sweet spot with a quality mixer at a more reasonable price.Over the Christmas Holiday this little gem really got a workout, from cakes and pies, to cheesecakes and even bread dough and it never missed a lick. It made things so much easier and did a great job while doing it. Easy to use, easy to clean, it's one of those items that is already an absolute necessity in the kitchen. This definitely won't be one of those items that you buy and then stick in the corner and don't use it.I'm glad I got off the bench and finally purchased this. I'm sure it will get a lot of use in the future.

Great mixer
I don't do lot of baking and have always hand a hand mixer. I couldn't justify spending 400-500 on a popular name brand stand so I bought this one. I made Christmas cookies several times during the holiday season and the mixer performed well. I did have to stop it on occasion and use small spatula on the sides to move batter to middle and turn on the mixer. But so what? Took a few seconds. I was amazed at how well it mixed huge cookie mix. I used it to make a huge portion of mashed potatoes and mixed everything up great. I used it also to make a large taco dip recipe that requires mixing refried beans and cream cheese and it performed well. This is a great mixer for the money.
