Mocha on the Mount (Coffee Cup Bible Studies)

I was not thrilled with this book because I thought it was going to be a simple teaching on the Beatitudes, but when I received it and participated in a group Bible Study with it, I changed my mind. This book brought a lot of things to light. It takes a look at the Beatitudes like most have never seen it before. "Those who mourn shall be comforted"...what is that really talking about? This book explains. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I'm considering buying some of the others in the series as well.

Wonderful Bible study and lots to chew on! My church women's study loved it! It was amazing and God came through for us with all HIS Miracles!

Sandra Glahn's Coffee Cup Series of Bible Studies are wonderful. Our group is doing the study at our own pace, as the material gives us so much to discuss together. I love studies that delve into the meat of the scripture Mocha on the Mount does not disappoint!

I think this is a great Bible study to have with your gal pals. I like that the scripture to be discussed is right in the book so you can do that day's lesson anywhere even if your Bible is't in reach. Looking forward to getting another one when this one is finished.

This book has been very important to me. I finished it in less than the time allotted for it because I was hungry for more. Definitely my favorite in Sandra Glahn's series.

I appreciate the quick study format. I do wish some of the questions guided you into more analytical depths. Overall, good for a mom who needs a quick study in the word.

This study is one I will never forget. The words that Jesus spoke are real and true and alive for us even in today's world. The way that this study is put together makes you want to keep reading. I will be doing the rest of the coffee cup series.

I am currently using this book in a weekly women's Bible study. One of the big advantages of this study book is that all of the Bible verses referenced are printed with the questions. It is very convenient and helpful.
