I have been using this water-pick for a while now and have accumulated enough experience to write comprehensive overview of the product. I am very satisfied with my purchase and can highly recommend it. Ever since I got the braces, I've been on the market for good quality water-pick and I am so happy to have found one. Order arrived on time and in great condition ( it was even charged so I could use it right away to test out all of the heads and different settings for water pressure). It has five different water-pressure settings and I have been alternating between "strong mode" to clean my braces and "normal mode" to get all the leftover food out from my ever-growing wisdom teeth. if its your first time I would recommend starting on "gentle mode" with normal tip to master the water flossing technique. and also, try to look down into the sink when water-flossing instead of looking into the mirror - this will save you from making a mess in the beginning. Overall, product has very user-friendly design and technique can be adopted easily.Special orthodontic tip is irreplaceable for me, it does not hurt when used even after orthodontist appointment when I have new rubber bands and teeth are especially sore and it manages to get all the leftover food and plaque out without causing pain and discomfort. Unlike most of the models available on the market, this one came with bigger, 300ml tank for water and it only takes one refill to clean all my teeth, after that I change the tip, and still have enough water to clean the tongue. This special tip for cleaning tongue is very efficient and always leaves fresh/clean feeling - I love it.Besides braces, I have been using the water-pick to clean out the area around both of my bottom wisdom teeth every day. They have both come out half way but another half is still covered by gums which trap a lot of food crumbs, irritate and often even swell up. This water-pick has been a great tool for preventing these complications. I could never clean them sufficiently with the toothbrush because they are all they way to the back and hard to access but Vocaro water-pick fully cleans them out (I am always amazed by the amount of breadcrumbs left in my wisdom-teeth even after having brushed them with toothbrush).This water-pick cleans not only the teeth but also the whole mouth sufficiently and its very well designed to be convenient for use. Battery has lasted me for the whole month ( I use it every evening, sometimes I even take it to work to use it after lunch) and it charges really fast. I'd greatly recommend it if you are on the market for good quality product that is portable, compact and convenient to use.

For the first couple weeks this water flosser was great, I loved the various speeds that my previous water flosser didn’t have. However, after about 4 weeks (just past the return period, of course) water has started dripping out of the tank around where it seals to the body of the flosser. It seems to be getting worse with every use. I use it until the water in the tank runs out, then set it on the counter, and it the proceeds to leak water from the area mentioned above, and create a large puddle of water (a few ounces probably). My best guess is that the water is leaking from the straw as it pulls from the tank, and is leaking into the body of the flosser. If it was possible, I would exchange this flosser and see if a replacement has the same issues or if it is simply poor construction.

We loved everything about this water flosser!! But the customer service we had this for a bout a month and emailed and send pictures. With no response. I was hoping to buy a new tank if needed but that was not a option. And just get told ease send pictures. But when you do Radio silence. So disappointing.

Different tips and different power so I can use according to my needs. If I have food between my teeth which does not always get removed through brushing alone and low power does not work I can go up and if using it for tongue cleaning can go down.If speed/power is too strong it can take off skin so never use full power. Full power is good to clean bathroom crevices but not in your mouth.For the price, good value.Charge lasts at least two weeks or maybe more as I have it for more than a month and have only charged it once.

I have gum problems in one part of my mouth due to deep pockets next to my teeth. Regular floss does not work so my dentist recommended a water flosser. I chose this one because it's cordless and rechargeable. The first time I used it I got water everywhere but after a few uses I've mastered it and my teeth are not only clean but my gums are no longer sore. This really worked great for me.

Took my a little time to get used to this, as I'd never used a "Water-Pik" before. But once I got into it, it really works well....flushes out a lot of the food particles that get trapped between my teeth, and comes with a number of handy attachments.My one complaint would be the manufacturer does not sell the attachments separately. I use the toothbrush attachment quite a bit, so I'm sure I'll be needing another in a few months.

do not purchase, base leaks and is bulky to hold. Return policy is 30 days, and cannot find Vosaro website for returns. so far I may be stuck with this $36 crummy item , who knows where the manufacture is.........Do not buy!!!

I ordered this product before Christmas and i was enjoying using it before the battery died. I looked at inside the box and I couldn't find any extras inside of it.By the way ,the pressure was too strong, while I was flossing my teeth!
