Sweet White Lupin Flour- Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Keto, High Protein, Vegan

I was happily using the other really popular brand of Lupin flour. They are always sold out so I took a chance on the 1 review lupin flour. I am so glad that I did. This stuff is great, is local to California, and is lighter in color and flavor. Makes an awesome keto loaf of bread.

Tried it first time this weekend in some keto pancakes. It was spectacular. First time I made this recipe I used almond flour, but the lupin flour made them light and fluff. Delicious.

Keto warning..great taste and texture but way too high in carbs! Choose another brand.

I purchased this flour specifically to make a low carb noodle. I followed the recipe and the final product was just as expected. The flour is a very fine grind and blends well in this recipe.

Good stuff. Try it first, a little. Every new food comes with challenges and precautions. But worked very well making keto waffles.

It was like a brick, and tasted like plastic. To be fair, it was super hot 🔥 🥵 the day it came, and I think it was overexposed to heat. The other item in that shipment was also ruined.

It tastes wonderful as bread!
