Nice quality product
I need to replace my old one that burst during a freeze last year. Everything is together and it makes for an easy replacement.

Fit perfectly.
One very minor modification in order to replace. (Note where I had to cut PVC supply left side)

Horrible quality, extreme bad customer service
Bad quality of the materials and the threading, won't last longer than one winter. Very poor product. The customer service is hard to reach and won't work with me to solve the quality issue. Avoid this product and company.

Exact replacement, great price!
It is an exact replacement for the one that broke during last winter’s freeze. Much cheaper than what irrigation companies are charging to replace it!

Damaged on arrival
When the flow back preventer arrived found that one of the small test valves had snapped off right next to the main casing. This made it very difficult to extract the remaining piece of the valve. Had to replace with one to the test valves from the old back flow preventer that I was replacing. One of the other test valves was also leaking where it had been tapped into the main body because the hole had not been tapped properly. Managed to re-tap and get it to seal. Quality control need to be a better so that item is sent out fully functional. Did not have time to return the item for replacement as I needed to start watering my lawn
