Don’t trust the nutrition labeling if you avoid high sodium
I bought this because I am sodium sensitive, avoid meat and dairy so chicken broth is off the table. I had heard about mushroom broth and chose this one. I LOVE THE TASTE, THE EASE OF USE - it improves the flavor of everything I cook and is designed to be healthy! YES! So why do I rate it so low? Because I don’t believe the nutrition info on the package. It states that 1 Tablespoon contains 177 mg of sodium. This is enough to season an entire pot of rice or vegetables so 1serving ought to be really low. Wrong! I finally realized that there was no way I was tasting low sodium... this is a mid to high sodium product. Dont know if it is a language barrier or deliberate deception but these Asian manufacturers appear to have gotten the sodium info terribly wrong.

Vegan and Vegetarian must have
This is the best mushroom seasoning out there. And the amount that you receive can fill a large Ball Canning jar. It last a long time. These are granules. So you will need to pulse in a grinder if you want more of a sprinkle on food. But if it’s in stews and spaghettis and such it’s awesome. This is a must have for any vegan or vegetarian that’s looking for a somewhat robust flavor that is similar to meat in some applications. But just brings a depth of flavor in others. Always leaving those that try your dishes. Wondering what that seasoning is. Sometimes. I just use this and pepper. It’s great

The ingredients for the product sent are Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Corn Starch, Glucose, Maltodextrin, Yeast Powder, Mushroom Powder, Disodium 5’-Ribonucleotide, Caramel Color, Disodium Succinate, Spices, Edible Essence. Not at all the Mushroom Powder, salt, mushroom extract, Vitamin B, Calcium product I ordered!I did get ahold of some of the proper product in this listing. It is very useful to add savory flavor to just about anything!Please check your package when you receive it and make sure you receive the correct item!

Makes Everything Yummy
I heard about this product on a vegan YouTube channel, so I thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed. This stuff is delicious! Yes, you can put it in soups, on popcorn, in vegan cheese recipes, in vegan meat recipes and various sauces. It has a slightly salty, wonderfully umami taste. It comes as little pellet-like bits that do dissolve in liquid, although you might want to crush them if you want to salt your popcorn with it.I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed with this product.

Very tasty in soups!!
This my soup base: tofu, broccoli, carrots, corn, etc. REMEMBER: 1tsp for every cup of water. Any more than that will be too salty.

Best vegan bonito substitute
Best vegan bonito/broth base I’ve tried. Complex umami flavor, not just salt. Also not heavily mushroomy in ways that interfere with other flavors. Terrific base for soups, sauces. Improves everything I use it in.

This adds a great flavor, but the data on sodium on the package is wrong. It WAY understates it, so that's something salt-sensitive people should be aware of. (I think it confuses Tablespoon with teaspoon--probably a language error.)

This is very concentrated; a very little goes a long way. And, it's not just for salting: this supplies great umami flavorI'm a repeat customer -- highly recommended
