I can hear the caller, but but the caller cannot hear me. My headset works just fine with my smartphone, so that is not the problem. Sent 3 emails to Headset Buddy support with no response. Terrible product and terrible company that doesn't stand behind what they sell.

Didn't work with my Polycom vvx300 phone and a headset I use with other phones. Triede 3 other working headsets same results.Customer heard echos of themselves very loudly. Unusable. Wish I had returned before it was too late.

Adapter did not work with Polycom HD VoIP phone. Called party could not hear my side of the conversation. I could hear them. Would be great if you DIDN'T WANT TO TALK DURING YOUR CALL!

Hello I just received the product.Plug it into a Polycom SoundPoint IP 430 SIP and it can hear perfectly but people cannot hear me. I am using regular headset with a microphone.
