Foundations of Stage Makeup

I started teaching a stage makeupClass for college students, and of course the corsen book is a bible in the business but this book is a real keeper. Is very up to date and lots of great photos. No nonsense book no animal face paint type stuff in this book this is precise and to the point with stuff you can actually use.

this is a great book for anyone who wants a good understanding of how to not only teach a makeup coarse but to actually do stage makeup. the pictures are great and it goes into great detail. i highly recommend it.

Terrific book for performers who want o be able to do their own make up with professional results. The basics for getting ready to go on stage without a lot of techniques a tors do not need. Concise and precise.

What a great resource!! The text is easy to follow independently but would be great for classrooms as well. The author did great on noting step by step instructions. This is a must have for any theater professional!
