You should buy a larger size because they come in a small size, I bought an S and it was very small because it doesn't fit, it exceeds your size, so buy a size larger than yours.

The media could not be loaded.  It was great when I put it on, after about 30 min, that's where is was, It slided down. Because of the compression it made my belly protrude even more. Got the small size, as I said woks great when I put it on. I brought it up almost to my chest. Maybe my belly is not big enough or I am too hairy, so there is no retention.

Comfortable and fit well.

Fit is snug(as it should be) but not too snug.I am 6'2" and pulls up to my rib cage.Stays up with no upper band rollover.After some surgery and hernia issues,I try and wear some gut support,and this is by far the best that I have found.As I said,I am 6'2" and weigh around 250.The xl fits good.

I absolutely love this product it does wonders for holding my stomach in and slimming my waist down at least a full size. I'll be honest I bought a size smaller than I am and I think that made all the difference I have bought these shaper things before true to my size and I feel like they don't do anything for slimming, this really works and the smaller size sucks my stomach way in although it is a little more uncomfortable but not that bad.

I bought for my husband and he tried it on and wore it for an event and it slimmed him down some. He got it on with some easy but still needed a little assistance with getting the back part right. It's a good product. And just so you know for sizing I usually buy him 2XL but he needed a 3 XL to fit in these shorts. Make sure you pee before putting them on for the night guys!!

I am an Xl or slightly higher. These were too small to fit.
