The power is amazing and it's easy to use. I've used mine regularly (1-3 ×'s per month) for the past year, and I love it. The suction power is great and it really does dry it super quick. Love the 'dry only' option. The only thing that would make this even better would be a wash only button as well. But none the less, I stand by this and it's saved my carpets many times over. Between our pup, 2 cats and a toddler, this has gotten its fair share of use, and after over a year it's still working just as good as the first time.

This cleaner was extremely easy to put together. Just a few pieces needed to be slid into place. The vacuum power is amazing and the automatic wash/dry is genius. I am very glad for the dry only button as without it the auto wash dry feature wouldn’t be soAmazing. This blows hot air into the carpet as it’s vacuuming and the ease of cleaning the brushes is effortless. I was skeptical that a carpet cleaner like this could do a great job. But was proven wrong once I started using it. Having the solution in one container and the water in another really does the trick. I don’t have to think about mixing to the proper ratio. And the water tanks are very easy to take off/slide out and put back into place. This thing is a snap to use. Each piece was really designed to not be difficult or require the user to have e to work hard to take apart or put back in place. Each item of the cleaner is so easy to remove and replace. Thrilled to have this. Should have purchased years ago.

I have rented the commercially available rug cleaner multiple times. And, it is not that convenient to bring home that giant machine that is rented by the hour.This cleaner is great. It is a snap to use and seems to do a cleaning job as good as the commercial one from the hardware store.Simply add the soap in one compartment, add some hot water or cold water, and ready to go,The suction is great. It removes the dirt and soap scum on each pass It is easy to empty the water collector and easy to add more water.It does have a "suction" only option if you don't want to use the solution. And, if you have lots of dogs and the rollers get filled with hair, it takes about one minute to remove the cover of the rollers and clear the hairGet this one for puppy mistakes or people stains.
