I know everyone’s body chemistry is different but I have been using Blood Sugar 24 hr for about a month now and my blood sugar has stabilized at around 115. Before this is was taken prescription meds (metformin) and I have slowly stopped taking it. I had not been eating right and my blood sugars continued to climb. In January I decided to start eating better. That dropped my blood sugars some, but even really watching carbs, I couldn't quite get the blood sugars down where I wanted them. This bottle came to me with the seal torn off of it and it had been open plus it was only 55 tablets in the bottle
