I don’t know why but I wasn’t as connected to this book as the others. It could be because the plot is the same as previous so maybe I was just lackluster to the repetitive plot this time around. But I still love my Healing Hearts men and their strong women! I just wish the plot changed up a bit so I can’t guess what is going to happen next. Girl is dealing with past hardship, men are attracted to her, puts up slight resistance, falls in love, bad guys from the past come calling and kidnap her, men save the day, HEA. I did enjoy the epilogue and the old wounds finally healing for Jo.
