Nonfunctional
I rate this product and vendor "zero stars". I followed all operating instructions to the letter, but the device was nonfunctional out of the box. And yet, I find myself paying to return a nonfunctional device. I can see paying return shipping costs if I just didn't like the item, but it didn't work and I'm paying to return it!
