When I ordered this I was planning to make my own candles. This works great for a wick. If you need enough candles to cover a couple football fields, this is for you! Don’t expect a tiny roll of cord, this bad boy is huge. My grandkids will probably be using the string to lower my casket in a couple decades because I’ll have so much leftover.

There were a few imperfections throughout but the quality and quantity for the price was awesome!

I purchased this cord for a large macrame project, and was disappointed to find that the quality control in the spool(s) didn’t reach my expectations. I purchased 3 of these spools, and in each one I found large segments where the cord had been joined in its manufacturing process and ruined many yards/meters. I had to cut out those segments, so my recommendation for buyers is to allow at least a 10%-15% margin for error in yardage calculations.
