Epsom Salts Medical Grade Pack, 25 kg

The first picture that looks like salt is of the usual epsom salts I usually use from bitter saltz. The second picture is of the epsom salt from this company (the one that looks like beads/glass). Anyhow, it is my first time using this company (and the last!). They are both magnesium sulphate but look completely different. I have been using magnesium for years and have never come across magnesium that looks like theirs... even magnesium chloride still looks "salt" like... not only this but when I used it for the first time in a foot bath I found it to be irritating and drying to the skin. If you are low on magnesium your skin would "tingle" but this was purely irritating... This prompted me to email the company as firstly I wanted to know how they manufacture their magnesium to give it this glass like look. Secondly I wanted to know if they added anything to the Epsom salt. Third I wanted to inquire if I could get a refund. My email was courteous and succinct so was horrified to recieve a short rude reply which I found totally unnecessary."WE have refunded you - It is prue Epsom Salts and we have 1000's of happy customer" was their reply and I think that the response speaks for itself. It's incredibly rude, they discount negative customer experiences and have not addressed how they actually manufacture their product. So I would highly recommend asking questions of this product before purchasing!Please rate this review if you found it helpful. Thank you.

A real bargain....but I failed to realise that when it said 25kg pack it was in one large bag. That was my fault and no one else's.Several weeks later I have to add what a wonderful product this is. I have an allotment and often do just to much (I am of a certain age....used to buy petrol at the equivalent of 16p a GALLON) this Epson Salt certainly takes the ache away.

I have been very happy with this product and company for several years. Looking at some of the more negative reviews it would seem that some people cannot read that this is 25 kg, don't know to seal the bag after opening (salts are hygroscopic), and generally perhaps just like to moan and complain?

I love this stuff..helps me in the bath with my osteo and in the garden with my veg. This is the third box I've had and would not be without it.

Good product.Should not have to look at the questions to find that it's a single 25kg bag. It also appears that I'm not the first to make the mistake! PLEASE CAN THE SUPPLIER MAKE THIS MORE CLEAR. Thank you.
