Looks stunning
This tap is easy to use and wipe clean. It's fascinating to watch the water running along its spout and it looks good

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this tap about a couple of years ago, it is very nice and easy to fit. But notice that it has started to discolour and there is a bit of rust in the spout. I contacted Plumb World UK customer service via Amazon, explained the issue and provided a couple of photos, they sent a replacement within a couple of days. I highly recommend this, Five stars for customer service.

Fantastic quality considering the price.
Good quality tap for less than £50. Only comment would be that the outlet holds a small pool of water after turning the tap off.

Easy to install a great waterfall feature in bathroom.
Started to get knocking noise on pipes couldn’t pin it down. Asked the kids to let me know which tap. It turned out to be the bath. Decided to change as I have a combi boiler, looked around and the waterfall was the choice. Easy to fit no noise, and a winner wife and kids love the upgrade.
