Very Comfortable and Adjustable Height
These (Dr. Foot) heel lift inserts are great. My right leg is 1/4 inch shorter and these inserts come in 1/8 inch layers, so you can use 1 or all. I used 2 layers. They stick together perfectly and are easy to install. I put them in 2 of my sneakers and the gel is so comfy! Plus, they are hand washable.

Gets the job done!
I like these very well, however, overtime the rubber begins to mold to my feet so it’s not quite the height that it is supposed to be for my leg inequalities. Very comfortable though, stays in place, and fits in all of my shoes.

They do the job well, and i've ordered them at least a dozen times now
I have one leg shorter than the other. I did not find this out until pretty late in life so some damage was already done. My doctor recommended inserts for my right shoe since it was the sorter leg. He gave me some, and they were really hard. They worked ok under an insole but they didn't fit the bill for a lot of my shoes, especially sandals. I tried 5-7 different brand of inserts on Amazon and retail places. Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle). Overall they are just what I needed to stop the pain.

Squeak…squeak… squeak 👣
Comfortable and quality is good. But the thing I don’t like is it is SUPER squeaky. Everyone will hear you coming and your every step. For that reason I don’t wear it in public, but it’s loud enough to annoy myself at home.

Instant Comfort and a Boost in Height!
These Dr. Foot insoles were such a pleasant surprise. They’re discreet, comfortable, and you can really feel the height difference without losing comfort. I’ve worn them for hours and had no discomfort at all—even in closed shoes. I love that they come with adjustable layers so you can choose the height you want depending on the occasion. The material is soft and stays in place inside the shoe. Perfect for anyone looking for a little extra height or just more heel support. 10/10 – I’ll definitely repurchase!

Very good quality
Due to a leg length discrepancy I need to wear a 1/2 inch heel lift in my left shoe . . . and slipper and flip flop. I have tried many brands and Dr. Foot is definitely the best because I can easily combine layers to get the height I need. The layers stick together nicely and the entire lift is slightly sticky and stays in place once in the shoe. These are the only ones I buy now because I am pleased with the quality and fit. One lift got a little dirty and lost its stickiness; I was able to wipe it off clean and it was sticky again. These lifts also hold up better than other brands.

Very helpful for uneven hips, different leg lengths
These have been great for me, since I have uneven hips, due to scoliosis. This causes a difference in how my feet contact the ground. I place two or three of them in one shoe, and I am much better balanced. As you can see, they can even be put in sandals, and aren't noticeable!
